SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

BlueBonnet Home Health sends text messages — such as shift assignment offers and confirmation receipts for contracted caregivers, and service notifications for clients — to people who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.

• Message frequency varies based on your schedule and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation, and no further texts will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Need help? Reply HELP to any message, call (346) 689-2339, or email admin@bluebonnetathome.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care services or work assignments — if you opt out, we will contact you by email or phone instead.
• Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us if you change numbers.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including our commitment that mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
